After you’ve completed Cuban Salsa for Absolute Beginners, it’s time to take it up a notch and move to Cuban Salsa Level 1.
Cuban Salsa 1 can be joined at any time upon completing your absolute beginner course. It’s based on 8 different classes, which can be taken in any order.
Once you’ve completed the level 1, you are eligible to evaluate up to Cuban Salsa level 2.
Once you’ve mastered the Basic 8 movements from Cuban Salsa 1, you will explore 3 distinct variations for a total of 24 movements.
These movements form branching points that will allow you greater flexibility on the dance floor, with greater visual and aesthetic impact.
Once you’ve completed the program, you are eligible to evaluate to Cuban Salsa 3.
Cuban Salsa 3 is based on a series of 24 advanced movements which stress connection technique, form, balance, and intuition. This is the last vocabulary-based course. Subsequent coursework will place great emphasis on body movement, improvisation, expression, and interpretation.

Response: Wow! Now this made our day!
My girlfriend and I had a blast at our first class night and everyone was very welcoming. From what I hear most of Paso intro classes attract a lot of people..last night the attendance was heavy. But we still learned all the steps taught and were very satisfied overall. We both liked that there was NO COUNTING!!
I will say that class was fantastic! I had no problem learning the material, and was able to apply some of Nadia\'s connection tips on the dance floor. I gave only four stars because it was beginner and I felt the class could have been a little more effective at a smaller size. That was my ownly complaint. Thank you.
Response: Yes! Things were a bit crowded during the summer. Since then we have a implemented a registration system with a capacity cap, so that we don\'t have 40 people arm to arm. :-) Thanks for the feedback Rohit.
Simply the best class I have ever taken. Thanks Eduardo.
I took this class with paso about a year ago. The instructors are super, and it seemed like I learned more in this one class then 8 weeks in another!!
This is a very good place to learn a style of salsa closer to what we learned in Peru. go for it.
This class has been really fun and I have learned a lot! Eduardo is a great instructor and very patient. I had no salsa experience coming into this class so don't be afraid to try it! you will love it!
As the head of Paso, i'm starting this off right!!
